Every myth. One world.
Buy the app once and own it forever. Every future tradition arrives as a free update.

The myths of every tradition, gathered into one growing library. Told true to their sources. Illustrated with real art, never AI.
The name says it out loud. Not *a* mythology, but *all* of it: the capital ALL is the promise. MythALLogy exists to gather the world’s myths into a single place and keep them alive for everyone, so that the oldest stories we have can still inspire the world you live in now.
MythALLogy is a mythology app for people who want the real thing. Not a wiki scrape, not a fantasy-art gallery with the names changed, but the actual stories of the world’s great traditions, told in order, drawn from the texts that carry them, and illustrated with real art from museums and the public domain.
Four worlds, and growing
MythALLogy ships today with four complete mythologies, each with its own look, music, and atmosphere. More than 150 figures, 70 stories, and 100 cited sources, with new traditions on the way.
Irish. From the first peoples to the death of Cú Chulainn: the Tuatha Dé Danann, the Cattle Raid of Cooley, Fionn and the Fianna, the voyages to Tír na nÓg. Fifty-eight figures, twenty-six stories.
Greek. From Chaos to Odysseus’s homecoming: the Theogony, the Olympians, the heroes, the Trojan War. Forty figures, seventeen stories.
Norse. From fire and ice to Ragnarok: Odin’s sacrifice, Thor’s hammer, the binding of Fenrir, the doom of the gods. Eighteen gods, the nine worlds, sixteen stories.
Egyptian. From the first mound rising out of the waters to the weighing of the heart: Osiris, Isis, Horus and Set, Ra’s nightly voyage through the Duat. Thirty-five gods, thirteen stories.
What makes it different
Real art, never AI. Every image comes from a museum, a public-domain illustrated edition, or sourced historical artwork. No generated pictures. Tap any image to see it full screen with its full citation: artist, date, museum, and licence. The art teaches as much as the text.
Every claim sourced. Homer, Hesiod, the Eddas, the Book of Invasions, Plutarch, the Book of the Dead, Lady Gregory, and dozens more. Each source is cited, and where the text is in the public domain you can read the original for free, right from the app.
The Modern Culture Bridge. Tap a figure and see where they turn up in the games, films, books, and music you already know: Hades II, God of War, Sandman, Percy Jackson, SMITE, Marvel’s Thor. Every appearance is tagged Faithful, Loose, Reinvented, or Name Only, with notes on what each version got right and what it invented.
Tattoo meanings, told straight. Mjölnir, the Triquetra, the Valknut, Ouroboros, the Caduceus, Ogham: the real historical meaning beside the modern reading, with an honest warning whenever the two have drifted apart.
Yours, and private. No accounts. No data collection. No ads. No internet required. It all lives on your device.
A library that keeps growing
MythALLogy is built to expand. Our research engine never stops, and each release adds more of it. The traditions next on our roadmap:
- Indian. The Vedic gods and the great epics, the Mahabharata and the Ramayana.
- Japanese. The kami, Amaterasu and Susanoo, the myths of the Kojiki.
- Manx. Manannán mac Lir, the sea god the Isle of Man is named for, the Moddey Dhoo of Peel Castle, and the fairy lore of the island.
- Slavic. Perun, Veles, and the old gods of the forest and the thunder.
- And more to come. The goal is every mythology worth telling, gathered in one place.
Every new cycle is a free update for everyone who already owns the app. Buy in once, and the library grows around you.
Why we built it
Rosmerta Publishing exists to put the world’s stories into the hands of the people who will treasure them, so that words can inspire your world. MythALLogy is that purpose turned toward myth: to gather all the world’s mythologies into one place, each told true to its sources, so that the stories that shaped us are never lost, and everyone can find the one that speaks to them.
That is the whole idea behind the name. A mythology is one tradition’s stories. MythALLogy is the attempt to hold them all.
