What does it mean to dream about truck?
A truck often pictures load and labour, the weight you are hauling and the power it takes to move it.
Four ways to read it
Each reading below comes from a named tradition and a cited source, so you can see where it came from and decide what fits your dream.
Freud
Freud might read the heavy vehicle as the body burdened by what it carries. The cargo could stand for wishes or duties the dreamer hauls along without quite naming them.
After Freud, The Interpretation of Dreams (Brill trans., 1913), public domain.Jung
Jung could see the self as bearer of a great load. The dream may ask what you are tasked to carry and whether the burden is truly yours.
Jungian concept (our summary).Modern
Continuity ties trucks to waking work, moving, or responsibility. A heavy or stalled truck can mirror the size of what you feel you are hauling.
Continuity hypothesis (our summary).Mythological
The laden cart and the great processional wain are old images of burden borne in common. They picture the weight a people or a household must move together.
